​My client an industry leading creative company, are currently looking to hire for the role of Senior Field Operations Manager to join their experienced Field Support Team. The Senior Field Operations Manager will manage a team to ensure installations and campaigns are organised impeccably.

As a Senior Field Operations Manager, you will:

1. Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure flawless set up of events.

2. Utilise support team’s dependant on skill level and experience.

3. Design training programs and manage the field support team to progress skill levels.

4. Have a strong understanding of Health and Safety regulations from a management perspective.

5. Take full responsibility of equipment ensuring it is functional and operational.

As a Senior Field Operations Manager, you will have:

1. A full driving licence.

2. A strong work ethic and be physically robust enough to deal with heavy lifting.

3. Experience in a similar operations management role.

4. Strong attention to detail.

5. The ability to multi-task.
