​My Warwick based client a market leading specialist stone manufacturing company, is looking to hire an ambitious and self-motivated Sales and Marketing Manager. As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will offer sales and marketing support to the company helping to generate and convert leads.

The Sales and Marketing Manager role is a permanent, full-time position.

As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will:

• Manage a team of sales coordinators 

• Be responsible for the internal sales team delivering the overall sales objective 

• Ensure the sales department completes and delivers quotations to a high standard returned to customers within the targeted time frame 

• Work with internal sales members to develop existing customers and target new opportunities 

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for the business development team 

As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will have:

• Strong leadership and team management experience

• Telesales skills 

• understands the sale process 

• Account management experience 

• understand how to research and identify prospective customers
