As the Multi-Channel Account Manager, you will help prepare briefs and work closely with internal teams to deliver projects and strategies for clients.

The Multi-Channel Account Manager role is a full-time, permanent position.

As the Multi-Channel Account Manager, you will:

• Take ownership of client work ensuring consistent high standards.

• Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner and exceeding the client expectations.

• Provide briefing accurately ensuring information is freely accessible for team and company.

• Maintain accurate information for monthly forecasts set by the Account Directors.

• Build relationships with prospective clients for new business.
