​My client a leading provider of community services are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and driven Health and Safety Business Partner. As the Health and Safety Business Partner you will support the company in keeping compliant, up to date and following revised health and safety guidelines.

As a Health and Safety Business Partner, you will:

• Advise the company on relevant existing legislation highlighting any potential business implications.

• Lead the implementation and development of Health and Safety Policies including Fire Safety Procedures with Management Teams. 

• Ensure health and safety policies are continually reviewed, updated and rolled out to the company.

• Develop risk assessments, incident prevention policies and safe working practices including technical advice and recommendations for improving health and safety.

• Deliver in-house Health and Safety training ensuring it is relevant and meets legislative requirements.

As a Health and Safety Business Partner, you will have:

• National Examination Board of Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) National General Certificate.

• Experience as a Health and Safety practitioner.

• Experience of providing specialist advice and support to management and staff teams on Health and Safety issues.

• An up to date knowledge of Health and Safety regulation and legislation.

• Ability to communicate at various levels, including the writing of reports and delivery of effective presentations
