​My Warwick based client, a market leading specialist product manufacturing company, is looking to hire an ambitious and self-motivated Contracts Business Development Manager. As the Contracts Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining existing relationships and developing new opportunities within the new build housing sector.

The Contracts Business Development Manager role is a permanent, full-time position.

As the Contracts Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Manage and develop existing contract customer portfolio worth £3m per annum.

  • Work with the contracts estimating team to prepare large development tenders.

  • Implement a contract specific business development plan.

  • Work with the Sales and Marketing team to improve customer acquisition.

  • Grow the existing contracts department inline with business objectives.

As the Contracts Business Development Manager, you will have:

  • Experience in the contracts market selling to the new build housing market.

  • Management Experience.

  • Understanding of the construction industry.

  • Account management experience.
