Luke works behind the scenes keeping the company both legally compliant and operationally functional. He is process driven and enjoys implementing changes to keep DotThree ahead of the curve making both the candidate and client journeys enjoyable and unrestricted.

He also has recruitment experience so will often jump on to roles that utilise his Engineering background, he will help guide you through the process in a seemless fashion offering his industry knowledge to help you make the perfect hire.
